Elegant and Crunchy Green Salad


Context: Marc-Sébastien and Daphné, our friends from British Columbia came for a visit. 
Ingredients and origin of ingredients:
All Greens purchased from Fruiterie 440
Recipe For the salad: 
mache lettuce
watercress 
Curly lettuce 
1 half fennel 
4 asparagus stalks 
walnuts
Homemade croutons
Carefully wash and dry the lettuce
Cut the fennel carefully 
Shave asparagus slices 
Combine ingredients
Incorporate dressing (lemon zest and juice of one lemon, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper, espelette pepper)
