I’ll be honest.
I am trying to lose a few pounds which is why I’ve talked less about cakes and cookies than about veggies. My son lost three pounds last week (while I exercised more!) and I need to catch up.
This weekend I made a soup for my lunches which is quite filling.
1 Bok Choy

Zest and Juice the lemons
Chop the Brocoli, Bok Choy and onions into even bite sized pieces
Cook the onions on low heat until they become nice and tender
Add the Brocoli and the Bok Choy
Once the vegetables have caramelized, add the kitchen stock
Simmer for 3 hours
Garnish the soup with lemon zest, the juice of the lemons and soy sauce
Serve with bread or crackers
