A new Food Pyramid for Vegetarians

Being a vegetarian is a complex venture if one wishes to avoid deficiencies.
The Mayo clinic has provided vegetarians with a new food pyramid which will facilitate meal planning and ensure against food deficiencies (calcium, iodine, iron, omega 3’s, protein as well as vitamin D).
