Professionnally, we need to produce, produce, produce. It is always go, go, go time.
At home, if you fall short of a goal, one day, dust yourself off and try again the next day.
Last night, we went to bed late. But, i cooked the meat for the next three dinners to catch up. The following nights should be smoother and therefore, I should be able to meet the targets I have set.
If you forgive yourself for occasionnally missing a goal, you will find sticking to that goal.
The key of course is to stick with the goal and not to fall short and give up.
