The Reveal: M&M Cookies and Expansion of the Cooksploratrice Cookie Run

Aside

Last Friday, I made a batch of M&M cookies.
Sweet and Cheerful cookies

I loved their cheerfulness. They really did look like cookies a kid would have drawn with his set of crayons hence the Crayola Cookie appellation.

The reviews were 99% positive save one.
One of the readers deemed the cookies tasted like raw flour. “trop farineux”
This probably means I miscalculated the flour ratio in the recipe.
I also probably did not mix the dough hard enough.
I will aim to do better next time.
Thanks for the honesty Yves-Pierre. I will measure twice just to be sure.

Due to popular demand, employees of Enterprise, my husband’s workplace, will also get their own cookie run on Fridays as well. Eric and Mike, I hope to see honest cookie reviews come Friday morning.

The reviews:
The kids gobbled them up really quickly. The dough is really fun to work with as well.

I would make cookies but the dog ate the butter

When I make plans, I like to stick to them (most of the time.) Tonight, we are Thursday night. And on Thursday nights, I make cookies. But, my dog ran away with the butter that I was aiming to make … Continue reading
